Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual exercise which includes religion and philosophy. It’s a practice people can do anywhere and anytime; as a result, has become very popular in Taiwan and many countries. Yoga is originated in ancient India and have different styles. The most popular one is Hatha Yoga which means Sun-Moon Yoga.
In Hatha Yoga, there is a series of poses called The Sun Salutations (拜日式).
It’s combined with several poses that is imitating animals or other things such as bridge and chair.
